FORKLIFT TRAINING
Forklift OSH (1 day):
The OSH Certificate is required to operate a Forklift.
Course covers: NZQA US10851 Operate a powered industrial lift truck (forklift).
Mix of theory and applied operator training, with a written and practical assessment.
This certificate must be renewed every three years.

MAN CAGE
Man Cage (half day):
Forklift safety cages, also known as non-integrated working platforms or man cages.
Mix of theory and applied operator training, with a written and practical assessment.
Refresher training is recommended annually.

![Overhead Gantry Crane]()
OVERHEAD GANTRY
This course is designed to improve operators' knowledge, skill, and understanding of overhead gantry crane operations using remote or pendant-controlled cranes.
This overhead crane training course covers preparing for a lift, lifting, placing loads, component parts, operational checks, and operating the crane, with a focus on essential safety rules.
This course also offers an opportunity to revise the student's own internal standard operating procedures and business compliance processes.

BASIC WAREHOUSE PRINCIPLES
Basic Warehousing Principles:
1. Warehouse Design & Flow
Understand how to determine what site should be chosen, how to evaluate their workflows and how to design a building and processes that will ensure effective ongoing warehouse management.
2. Warehouse Management
Align activities of internal operations to the strategies of their organisation to deliver sustainable business objectives*.
3. Inventory Control
Develop a robust understanding of the principles of inventory management and tools for identifying issues and improving the issues.

Fatigue is tiredness, weariness or exhaustion.
Recognising fatigue in yourself and others.
Mix of theory and applied operator training, followed by a written assessment.

Trainers who have taken the time to consider their own approaches, understandings, and skills will be better equipped to provide comprehensive, active, and effective training courses.
This training program provides the groundwork for trainers to begin developing and refining their training and facilitation skills using a variety of methods to deliver the best learning experiences and improve learner engagement and retention. Over time, trainers will develop their practical skills by referencing back to and utilising the content from this course.

Change affects everyone. In dealing with change, people must address their own thoughts, feelings and behaviours first to be able to go through the labyrinth of change.
This training program focuses on personal reactions and emotions and what it actually feels like during a workplace change or a personal change. It provides you with a logical framework to assist you in gaining perspective on the change situation you are facing and its impact and helping you develop insight that will guide you through the transition.
The goal of this one day program is to help you take responsibility for how you react and respond to change by giving you a set of tools and techniques of self-awareness and assessment to light up the curves and sometimes bumpy ride on your road to change.
